I took the time to message TrueMovers for the first time through Facebook and decided to take a chance on them to move furniture, among other things. I loved that they were punctual, there was good communication, and they are very good guys, doing their job in the best way possible. I'm a person who is usually very anxious, especially with moving. They were extremely responsive and handled ALL of my things with care, even things that I wouldn't have. They asked a lot of questions to make sure they were doing everything the exact way I wanted it to be done, which gave me peace. I hired Nick to do a move from the Madison area to about 95 mi away. He and Mateo did an excellent job! Showed up on time and Hustled! No sitting around waiting for directions- just got after it. Excellent communication leading up to and during the move. Furniture was broken down when needed, protected, and no damages to it or anywhere in the residence. I was very impressed by their hard work and professionalism! Price was more than reasonable and they did an excellent job! Highly recommend!

Nick was prompt and responsive to my 12am (yes, midnight) inquiry for a last minute job the next day. He was professional and easy to work with and the price was competitive and fair. He was communicative throughout the next day keeping me updated on arrival times, asking clarifying questions to ensure they moved and handled everything perfectly, etc, and he and Mateo worked efficiently and spotlessly to get the job done, well within the quoted/estimated time, and without issue. They were a fantastic team! My partner and I moved to Milwaukee from Northern California and got here late on a Sunday night. I kept changing the time wed need their help and they were more than flexible and accommodating. They brought their own carts to make things faster which was great, and they carried many very heavy things upstairs to bedrooms and downstairs to the basement. They were punctual and prompt, professional, and very careful with our items. They had our 16 foot truck unloaded within an hour and a half when it took my partner and I almost 8+ to load it (lol) AND they did at in 93 degree weather on a Sunday night. They’re a new business so they don’t have many reviews yet, but they’re fantastic! I highly recommend and will reach back out when we inevitably have more things to move. Cant express enough what a huge difference this made for us!! Thank you!

True movers were AWESOME! They are affordable courteous ,careful, -And fast! I have a house full of furniture, boxes, bags, etc and they did it all in about 3 hours. And even took care with my breakables. I had two huge TVs that they even wrapped up with their own packing! I work for a large company and will be recommending them to everyone . I will definitely hire them again! A+++!
